功率谱&均方根

由于在实验过程中,需要处理信号问题,有几个不懂的问题向大家请教。主要是文章中的这几句话。
1. Each sample of registered signals was analysed in the range 5–200 Hz with a resolution of 1Hz via fast fourier transformation (FFT) algorithm to
determine the power spectral density (PSD). The signal was processed to determine the root mean square value (r.m.s). Then, the main PSD peaks were considered to obtain simplified PSD profiles.
均方根功率谱是不是一经过傅立叶转换就能得到?还是经过转换以后的多个谱中每个赫兹对应的值进行均方根?比如同样条件下测量得到的频谱图中,5Hz这个频率,获得多个加速度值或功率谱值,将加速度或功率谱分别求均方根。
The several PSD profiles were then averaged and weighted in the time considering the duration of transit of the mean on different kinds of
road (e.g. highway, state-road).
2.在相同条件下,平行测定的多个加速度频谱图和功率谱图是否能够合并成一个图?
