由于在实验过程中，需要处理信号问题，有几个不懂的问题向大家请教。主要是文章中的这几句话。

均方根功率谱是不是一经过傅立叶转换就能得到？还是经过转换以后的多个谱中每个赫兹对应的值进行均方根？比如同样条件下测量得到的频谱图中，5Hz这个频率，获得多个加速度值或功率谱值，将加速度或功率谱分别求均方根。
