接触出现的问题

我用ANSYS做的两种不同材料（一部分是铝合金另一部分是复合材料贴片）做的接触，总是出错，让我加入第三种材料，如下图（图片传不上来郁闷）。谁能指点一下？

这种情况是否可以考虑采用层单元

SOLID46 is a layered version of the 8-node structural solid (SOLID45) designed to model layered thick shells or solids. The element allows up to 250 different material layers. If more than 250 layers are required, a user-input constitutive matrix option is available. The element may also be stacked as an alternative approach. The element has three degrees of freedom at each node: translations in the nodal x, y, and z directions. 复合材料贴片用的是8节点的层solid46或shell99，要和工字梁下缘胶接，这个胶接在ANSYS中怎么实现？

不明白你的“胶接”

就是把铝合金与复合材料贴片用胶粘接。。。
与焊接，栓接等都是连接方式。

这就要看你分析问题的角度了，可以使用glue，也可以使用接触，还可以使用mpc单元等。。。
