Analysis for the 1 octave frequency problem
今有一电机存在振动大问题,遭到客户投诉。所以退回来进行分析,找出原因,然后解决。
Motor information:Pole #: 2 voltage: 115V, RPM: 3600
1.
Put the motor into the anechoic room to test the vibration.
2.
Test the vertical and horizontal direction vibration of DE of motor with the B&K software(PLUSE)
3.
The result are as following:

| These below two Figs are the auto spectrum of vibration for motors, from the Figs, you can see that the vibration values is so big at 60.156Hz which is the first octave frequency, it also usually is called the rotate frequency. So we can diagnose the vibration problem whose reason is the dynamic balance for motor.
4.
So we do the dynamic balance for the motor. After that, we retest the vibration for the motor. The result as following:
