Gaussian Noise Generator的问题

我想用一个高斯噪声模块生成一个0均值，方差为：




的高斯噪声，填写的参数表如下：


可是运行出错：Error in 'homeworkIV5/Gaussian Noise Generator': Initialization commands cannot be evaluated.  MATLAB error message: Error using ==> commblkgaussiansrc2>gwexpand
The covariance matrix must be symmetric and nonnegative definite
但是我觉得参数表中填写的协方差矩阵是对称的阿？那这个错是怎么回事呢？

另外，我还想生成一个离散高斯噪声，0均值，方差为：


填参数表时不能简单地写成0.1吧？要怎么表示后面那个0-1函数呢？
