我安装了phoenics，但其下的manager不能使用，无法演示使用，提示打不开网页，请问如何解决？是什么原因啊？谢谢了！

Moreover, the Manager is very easily customizable. Users have only to add sub-directories to the tree, and to place in each a few-line buttons.txt files; then whatever display or action they desired is "buttoned-up".
