关于学习张量

小弟最近学习损伤力学，但涉及到张量方面的内容，以前学习的张量方面的内容太少了，而且几乎都忘完了，想找一本张量分析方面的书看看，但不知那本比较好，最好是简单易懂的那种，拿了一本黄克智的张量分析看了看，但觉得还不是很明了，请各位大侠推荐推荐，小弟在这里谢了。

建议看一些国外作者写的张量或者连续介质力学的书

你可以去看看同济大学张若京编的<张量分析教程>,简洁明了,又有系统性,不像黄克智编的,内容与以前学的矢量有很多重复,章节之间也有好多重复...

I think that tensor analysis is very important to scientific research in fielde related to mechanics. However, the concept of tensor is so abstract that any beginner should read many times before she can get some feeling from it. Therefore, I suggest that you shoud read as many time as possible no matter what book you are reading. I hope you can benefit from the study of tensor analysis
