Boolean operation failed. Try adjusting the tolerance value on the BTOL command to some fraction of the minimum keypoint distance. Model Size (current problem)4.451204e-002, current BTOL setting 1.000e-005, minimum KPT distance 5.984424e-006.<BR>想问下，这个问题该怎么处理，我想把两个体加在一起，该怎么设置才行？ <BR>

<P>Im glad  to exchange my view  with everyone.<BR>I'm sorry that i can't understand your problem clearlly on following two points:<BR>first,the exact location of the two poits of your solid  model in your problem<BR>second, IN ANSYS,THE POINT COINCIDENCE TOLERANCE CAN BE  ADJUSTED AUTOMATICALLY,BUT WHY DOESN'T IT WOK IN YOUR PROBLEM.<BR><BR><BR>SUGGESTION:MAY BE YOU CAN SET THE TORLERANCE A BIT LARGER.<BR><BR>I am a real rookie on ansys.</P>
