2013 ICNSE will be held during January 08-10, 2013, in Taipei, Taiwan. 2013 ICNSEaims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar studentsto exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results aboutall aspects of Natural Science and Engineering, and discuss the practicalchallenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

All accepted paperswill be published in the ICNSE 2013 proceedings, and will be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed byEBSCO, WorldCat, Google Scholar, CNKI, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory and sent to be reviewed by ISI Proceedings.

Prospective authors are invited to abstracts / submit full andoriginal research papers, and English is the official language of theconference. The conference will be an ideal platform for people to share viewsand experiences in Natural Science and Engineering related areas.

Oct.  16, 2012	Notice to the corresponding author for acceptance of each paper  with instructions for preparation of camera-ready manuscript to be published  in the proceedings.
Nov.  16, 2012	Deadline for receipt of camera-reader manuscript (the final version) for the proceedings to the secretary of the  conference.
Nov.  16, 2012	Deadline of Registration
