1. Noise & Vibration Engineer

Scope of responsibility
- Supporting development projects in the field of acoustics and vibration technology;
- Design and improvement of existing products in terms of noise and vibration;
- Modeling of mechanical systems and components with the aid of modern CAE software;
- Definition and monitoring of trials in the laboratory and in field installations;
- Maintenance of principles and training of R&D staff in the field of "Noise & Vibration";
- Development of elevator-specific simulation tools and establishing and extending software with external partners;
- Coordination of development with the international R&D departments in Switzerland, India, USA and Brazil

Education Master Degreee in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience - Several years of experience in the development of mechatronic components and / or systems;
- Thorough specialist knowledge in the field of acoustics and vibration technology;
- Experience in the field of simulation technology
Computer Skills Very good skills in Matlab/Simulink, MSC Patran and MSC Adams
Languages Very good in English
Special Requirements - Well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking capacity;
- Rapid powers of comprehension;
- A high degree of independence, commitment and resilience;
- Good team-working skills and customer orientation;
- Good communication skills and persuasive powers

2. Load & Stress Engineer

Scope of responsibility
- Supporting development projects in the field of elevator loads and strength verification;
- Design and improvement of existing products in terms of mechanical function and strength;
- Modeling of mechanical systems and components with the aid of modern CAE software, using the FE- and MKS applications;
- Definition and monitoring of trials in the laboratory and in field installations;
- Maintenance of principles and training of R&D staff in the field of "Load & Stress" for design issues I terms of both the system and components;
- Development of elevator-specific tools and establishing and extending software for design and verification;
- Coordination of development with the international R&D departments in Switzerland, India, USA and Brazil

Education Master Degreee in Mechanical Engineering
Experience - Experience of development of mechanical systems and / or components;
- Thorough specialist knowledge in the field of mechanics and the strength of materials;
- Experience in the field of simulation technology
Computer Skills Very good skills in MSC Patran, Nastran and ProMechanica desired
Languages Very good in English
