wiki上的解释不错：
The neutral axis is an axis in the cross section of a beam or shaft along which there are no longitudinal stresses or strains. If the section is symmetric and is not curved before a bend occurs, then the neutral axis is at the geometric centroid. All fibers on one side of the neutral axis are in a state of tension, while those on the opposite side are in compression

中和轴是受弯构件截面应力分布中，压应力和拉应力的分界线，并且它和弯曲主轴平行，对于钢材而言，中和轴两侧截面面积是相等的。

中心轴还得考虑进材性，是一条线
