truetime编译问题！

在执行make_truetime进行编译时，出现错误:

Compiling TrueTime kernel block...
Error: Could not detect a compiler on local system
which can compile the specified input file(s) at C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2007a\bin\/mexsetup.pm line 586.
Compilation using MEX failed! (Run 'mex -setup' to configure your compiler)

后来，找到解决的方法：先运行mexsetup !

可是运行 mexsetup时，有出错了！:'(
               C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2007A\BIN\MEX.PL: Error: 'setup' not found.

看了一下，C:\PROGRA~1\MATLAB\R2007a\bin\/这个路径下没有mexsetup.exe文件，只有mexsetup.pm文件。


请教各位高手，是安装的问题吗？应该如何能解决呢？
