The executable C:\ABAQUS6.6\6.6-1\exec\pre.exe aborted with system error code 5. Please check the .dat, .msg, and .sta files for error messages if the files exist. If there are no error messages and you cannot resolve the problem, please run the command "abaqus job=support information=support" to report and save your system information. Use the same command to run ABAQUS that you used when the problem occurred. Please contact your local ABAQUS support office and send them the input file, the file support.log which you just created, the executable name, and the error code.

不知道你在算什么东西，模型是什么样子的。
仔细检查你的网格模型，看看载荷、约束还有接触等定义的是不是合理

恩，回去好好分析了下，果然是模型的问题。多谢布衣书生的提醒！ 看来除了问题，首先得检查自己的模型啊。

我也是之前不久遇到过这个问题，怎么查都没有这方面的解释。
当时看了看msg文件，两个东西接触的侵入挺严重，模型太差，
后来重新把网格画了一下，就没有这个问题了。当时很头疼啊也是
