（求助）怎样得到应变能密度云图

刚开始学习ABAQUS，在后处理中，默认得是显示应力云图吧？
该怎样得到应变能密度云图？和应变云图呢？
怎样通过GUI得到，INP还没学会:@L ！

直接输入INP文件就可以吗？放哪个位置比较合适？
