楼主说的应该是这些属性XTickLabel, YTickLabel, ZTickLabel吧
好像不可以，下面是Help文件中的解释：
Note that tick labels do not interpret TeX character sequences (however, the Title, XLabel, YLabel, and ZLabel properties do).
