平板加载温度分布

对一个矩形平板,温度分布通过建模已经得到,如何在ansys有限元模型中加载温度分布函数,从而获得应力分布啊~~~~~~
本人是菜鸟,刚看了ansys两天又两小时,恳请高手指点啊!!谢谢。

板长R=4.160m;高L=1.710m;板线膨胀系数为 13.23×10-6m/m·℃;杨氏弹性模量1.88×1011Pa;泊松比0.26,导热系数50W/(m·k),认为温度只与高度有关,温度分布函数已经建模求得:
t=-3.1309y4+8.8505y3-40.924y2+126.94y+254.53.
我编程试了下,总是有问题,哪位高手做个示范啊(大约三四十行程序的样子),谢谢!!!

A coupled-field analysis usually involves applying results data from one analysis as loads in a second analysis. For example, you can apply the nodal temperatures calculated in a thermal analysis as body loads in a structural analysis (for thermal strain). Similarly, you can apply magnetic forces calculated in a magnetic field analysis as nodal forces in a structural analysis. To apply such coupled-field loads, use one of the following: Command(s):LDREAD
GUI:Main Menu> Preprocessor> Loads> Define Loads> Apply> load type> From source
Main Menu> Solution> Define Loads> Apply> load type> From source
