请教怎样在MATLAB里添加License文件啊

我下载了一个工具箱软件，需要安装一个License文件

安装说明上写:start the license file manager by clicking on the " Licese File" link in the stasrt menu folder.

我找了半天这个 stasrt menu folder 里面也没有"证书文件管理器"

有没有高手告知啊? 到底怎么安装啊.
