关于模糊控制的仿真的问题求助

各位大虾，我做了个二阶系统的仿真，传递函数为S=1/0.8S^2+0.15S+1,用模糊控制器来做，怎么加了模糊控制器以后反而比不加效果还要差，请那位高手指点一下啊
