S64004 Project Engineer-Sound & Vibration (噪音与振动项目工程师)
Responsibilities:
• Investigate and understand sound vibration characters of compressors
• Lead activities to improve sound and vibration performance, for both reciprocating and scroll compressors
• Coordinate with designers and project engineers to evaluate new designs or design changes
Qualifications:
• Masters degree or above in Mechanical Engineering with substantial experience in S&V
• Solid foundation in acoustic theory, vibration measurement
• Familiar with B&K pulse system
• Familiar with signal processing and sound source analysis
• Good team work spirit and communication skill
• Fluent in English
S64004 FEA Engineer – Applied mechanics (FEA 工程师 – 应用力学)
Responsibilities:
Conduct both liner and non-liner finite element analysis using Ansys classic and workbench environment
Capable to interpret FEA results, understand physics of structural analysis
Capable to provide classical calculations to verify results
Provide recommendations and write reports
Qualifications:
Masters degree or above in Engineering Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering
2 + years industrial analysis experience is preferred
Knowledge of fatigue and failure analysis
Excellent skills with computers including Ansys, Ansys Workbench, Pro-E
Excellent command of English both Witten and verbal
Good team work spirit and communication skills
S6400X Mechanical Engineer – Product Reliability (机械工程师 – 产品可靠性)
Responsibilities:
Develop reliability test plans for compressor development
Conduct testing to evaluate product reliability and durability
Communicate/coordinate with U.S. based reliability-engineering group to make appropriate design and manufacturing changes
Qualifications:
Master degree in engineering discipline; preferably in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
Experience in mechanical testing; preferably in reliability testing and failure analysis
Master Degree graduate with strong academic background is preferred
Excellent command of English both Witten and verbal
Good team work spirit and communication skills

我08年四月份毕业，招收应届生吗？我研究方向是振动测试与控制，熟悉各种振动测试仪器的安装和使用，有labview编程基础，自己觉得很适合这份工作，能把公司情况说详细点？ 房价永远比工资涨的快的由于竞争更加激烈，产品的利润每年都在快速下滑，工资涨幅有限的

噪声振动这个职位对声学要求较高。单纯振动方向不是很适合。公司主要从事空调和冷冻压缩机的研发，基本上是纯机械方面工作。人员以机械专业为主，也接受材料、力学、制冷等专业人员简历。公司成立5年多，现有约180人，超过半数为各高校应届硕士、本科毕业生，其中不少人已成为工作骨干。
除列的几个职位外，公司还有产品、设计等工程师职位，详细内容可见网站的招聘广告。 阿特拉斯的搞compressor的减震降噪的有希望吗？
工作期限了半年。
