对方程求导的赋值问题

我想编一个函数能够在我输入具体数值x1,x2....y4后,计算出具体数值n1s,n2s,....n8z,但是由于函数涉及对方程求导,所以不知如何赋值

编的前一段程序如下:

其中 s,t分别对应x1....x8,y1.....y8
