首先，错误信息中已经提示你：减少 PinBall 的值。
其次，可以在接触属性中，将 Automated adjustment 设置为： Close gap/reduce penetration with auto CNOF。即将： keyopt(5) 设置为 3.
另外，需要大量增加子步数，比如设置为：
      NSUBST, 1000, 1E6,10修改一下试试看。
