关于梁属性设置的问题

请问梁的属性设置里面的 Jzz和Qzz分别是什么啊？要怎么算？有没有什么软件可以比较快速的获得这两个参数呢？

我看帮助里面说Jzz是对z轴的截面极惯性矩？那意思是Jzz=Ixx+Iyy？
Qzz好像说是截面的扭转常数，这个要怎么计算啊？

Ixx – Second moment of area of beam cross-section about X-axis of local XYZ coordinate system.

Iyy – Second moment of area of beam cross-section about Y-axis of local XYZ coordinate system.

Jzz – Polar moment of area of beam cross-section about Z-axis of local XYZ coordinate system.

Qzz – Torsion constant for the beam cross-section about Z-axis of local XYZ coordinate system.
