用pipe单元对管道建模中的几点疑问
小弟初学Ansys,用pipe单元对管道建模有几点疑问,请高手指点,大家都谈点看法,共同提高~~
1.疑问1: 我对同一管道分别用壳单元和pipe单元建模进行模态分析,结果相差很大
,应该是pipe单元分析有误,下面是命令流,有何错误之处??
2.疑问2:用管单元建模后,单元大小Ansys是怎样分配的?建模过程中怎么没有指定
单元大小??
附:(1)管道形状如图示,参数为:弹性模量为1.139e10 Pa;泊松比取0.35;密度
取 1179 kg/m3;内径为25mm;外径为28.5mm;热膨胀系数为2.5×10-5m/m·k。
(2) 壳单元的模态分析分析结果是可靠的,结果为:

SOLVE 我找到了一个错误,用RUN,命令时,后面要定义单元数量,不定义的话,就默认为只有一个单元~~按2cm一个单元,从新定义单元数量后结果提高了一个数量级,但还是不对~~要再提高3个数量级才正确~~期待高人指点!!
你好,我想问您一下,用pipe单元的时候怎么在管道内施加内压呢?好像在creat pipe里面的load里施加的不对
