= simpleXover(p1,p2,bounds,Ops)
这个小程序运行完应该是进行了交叉，可是没有，为什么？

或许是因个人不懂遗传算法

simpleXover是不是楼主自己编写的子程序呢，运行了程序也是有错误，显示没有定义这个函数！
